Thule unfortunately doesn't have a compatible base kit for a 2010 Lexus HS 250H to match with your aero crossbars and they unfortunately are not cross compatible with other brands so you would have to get a different roof rack for your vehicle. When multiple bikes are placed on the OutWay 2 or 3 bike rack, the bikes would face in alternate directions. The bike closest to the vehicle would have the front of the bike facing to the right, the second bike would have the front facing to the left, and so on. Because the bikes are facing in alternating directions, everything should fit nicely. These carriers come with a bar that goes between the bikes to physically hold them apart.
